A series of mindset and goal setting workshops will help you find clarity in WHAT you want to achieve and understand and reset any patterns that have been holding you back

Understand how your current beliefs shape your identity and how to change beliefs that are not serving you and taking you closer to the person you want to become

Learn how to re-train your brain and get out of your own way to get the life/body you really want

Enjoy healthy and delicious meals whilst learning nutrition basics

Many of us spend so much time in survival mode, always doing more that we’ve forgotten how to slow down and just be

For our body and mind to operate optimally we need to also access the para-sympathetic branch of the nervous system – our rest and recovery phase

A big focus of this retreat is re-training our brain to slow down and relax

Evening mindfulness and yoga and breathe work sessions will show you how to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system, leaving  you feeling calm and relaxed and promote healthy sleep and recovery
